Gen Z Labs
Youth serving those who serve us
Gen Z Labs was founded to provide a platform for Gen Z to exercise their gifts and actualize their potential while acting in service to those who serve Gen Z, paying it back and forward.
What We Do
Gen Z Labs connects AI-native talent with organizations ready to solve problems, quickly. We match ambitious Gen Z analysts, strategists, and builders with companies seeking fresh perspectives on persistent challenges. Through project-based engagements, our talent delivers rapid insights, data-driven strategies, and actionable solutions, proving that Gen Z's technological fluency and willingness to challenge assumptions are competitive advantages. Each project showcases what's possible when you combine emerging talent with cutting-edge tools: deeper analysis, faster iteration, and perspectives that traditional approaches miss. We're not just creating opportunities. We're building a new pathway where impact matters more than years of experience, and where the next generation's capabilities accelerate progress for everyone.
The Team
Gen Z Labs was founded in 2024 by Ethan Castro. Ethan is a student at Baruch College and works at an AI EdTech non-profit.

To unlock the potential of an AI-native generation by creating pathways from talent to impact. We exist to bridge the gap between Gen Z's technological fluency and creativity with the workplace skills needed to thrive, transforming untapped potential into demonstrated value. As we race toward an AI-augmented future, we are building the infrastructure for our generation to lead with both technical capability and human insight. We believe every single person has unique gifts meant for meaningful contribution, yet traditional systems fail to recognize and develop these capabilities at the speed our world demands. Our mission is to prove that youth plus technology equals accelerated problem-solving, not inexperience (or brainrot).
